-maximum number of guests is 6 Do not bring more guests than are on your reservation or you will be asked to leave.
-no smoking of any kind, illegal substance, and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement. An $800 cleaning fine will be required for any kind of smoking in the property.
-no pets If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave and a $200 pet cleaning fee will be required. -No parties. If you plan to use this cabin to party, it is not the cabin for you. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be required at $100 per hour to clean after your party.
-please follow check-out instructions As our guests, we try to keep it simple and only ask that you put away anything you use, wash any dishes you use, take out excess trash, and start the dishwasher.
