Carefree retreat by the beach: recently renovated, wonderfully furnished. CAC, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, open concept living/dining/kitchen area, finished game room on lower level, outdoor deck with grill, located in the heart of LI wine country, with convenient access to great restaurants, farmstands, shopping.
*please note that i typically rent my property in full-month blocks, eg June, July, or August. Southold town requires a minimum 14 night stay, and any rental of less than 30 days will incur a 5.5% tax, as per a recent law passed in Suffolk County in June of 2023. A month-long rental would NOT be subject to this tax.*
guests have access to the entire home, a private single family residence, and full use of the amenities The public beach is a four minute walk down the road. The home is very comfortable for 6 people and offers a finished lower level with a pool table for rainy days. McCabe's Beach is a Long Island Soundfront community. Close to great restaurants, farmstands, fishing, beach activities and agri-tainment. 90 miles from NYC and close to The Hamptons.
off the back of the house, you will find a lovely shaded deck with views of the sound, a dining area and a bbq grill for outdoor dining There is a one-car garage with plenty of off-street parking and electric vehicles can also recharge in the garage. The home is located 1 mile from the village of Southold, with restaurants such as the North Fork Table & Inn, Waypoint, Elbow East, and Southold Social all within a 7 minute drive.
