It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

The main king bedroom suite offers an en-suite bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath off of the living room that can be accessed by one of the queen bedrooms. A separate wing with a king and queen bedroom share a hallway bathroom and the twin bedroom can access the pool/game room full bathroom.
