this cottage sleeps up to 5 with a king bed in bedroom 1, and a queen bed in room 2 In the living area there is a double sleeper sofa.
the full kitchen has all the amenities for preparing meals for your group Outside you will find a gas fire pit, a second firepit for wood burning, and a gas grill.
relax outside in the screened patio, or by the fire, or head to the private association beach to watch the beautiful lake michigan sunset There are 4 beach chairs and beach towels for your use at the private association beach. We do have a ring doorbell at the front door.

1 smoking (of any kind) is not allowed in the home
2 MAXIMUM of 5 registered guests (including adults, babies and children) at ANY TIME due to the smaller size of the cottage, therefore parties/gatherings are prohibited. There will be a per day fine for exceeding guest limit.
3 Neighborhood QUIET HOURS are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m due to the woods and water, sound travels and many of our neighbors are permanent residents.
4 Pets are NOT allowed. While we love pets, we are unable to host pets as we have severe allergies (this includes ESA).
5 Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s), and only in driveway. Parking on the road or on the grass is not permitted.
6 The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Guests are responsible for damage due to flushing anything other than toilet paper.
