Summary: The house was very nice and clean. Sadly, the pool and hot tub were full of leaves and dirt. We also never received instructions for getting into the house or directions, I had to message her. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper out for a 5 day stay for 8 people and when I contacted her she insinuated my family stole them. She did get us more, but I thought that was uncalled for. There are no instructions in the house for how things work or where things are located. The cooking pans need to be replaced, the closet door in one of the bedrooms is falling apart and there is not enough seating in the living areas. I felt like I had to contact her too many times and she was irritated with me. This property isn't cheap and part of that is because of the pool and hot tub and we were only able to use it one time. Overall, we were just disappointed!
