Summary: We booked the location for Thanksgiving and to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The online pictures matched the arrival and the place was clean. However, due to the lack of security for parking we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. After driving around for more then an hour trying to find secure parking and being told by Sonder there was nothing they could do, we found a different place to stay that provided safe and secure parking. We have never stayed at a location that could not provide parking. We would never had booked the location if the parking situation would have been clearly stated in the description. After finding a different place to stay, where we felt comfortable that our vehicle would still be in one piece to get us back home 7 hours away, our trip turned out great. This situation may not have bothered others like it did us but for us the safety and security of our vehicle was very important to enjoying our whole trip.
