parties and events are strictly prohibited All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.

3) if you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week This only applies to pet friendly listings.

5) fireworks are illegal in norfolk, any use of fireworks is grounds for immediate termination of your stay with no refund

6)the airbnb beach essentials links indicated that snorkeling equipment is a beach essential, we do not provide snorkeling equipment
8) there may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
9)the city of norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on toler place and willoughby beach (from 11th view st to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.
10) each apartment gets two parking spaces Please request permission for more than 2 cars.
