please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits on weekdays to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash", "watering the grass".

per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for anylostpackages.

hvac rules:
we ask that you can help us conserve energy by leaving the ac at 76 degrees whenever you leave the house or before your checkout Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.
in any case, if the ac does not cool, we will not be held accountable for sending hvac to fix the issue, the same goes for issuing you a refund if in any case, you wish to cancel and leavethehouse
