Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath located in the heart of Bonifacio Global city, the unit has a separate kitchen and a dining area, the master's bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds, all rooms has air conditioning unit even the living room. The kitchen has a fridge,microwave oven and stove top/oven,toaster,and water kettle, it is equipped with pots and pans and china wares as well. The unit has flat screen television with cable and we provide free wi-fi in the unit. We also provide fresh towels, linens, shampoo and soap. We have a 24 security , and pool in the building. On the first floor, you will also find a 24 hour convenient store, 2 laundry places, banks and cakery, We are a block to SM Aura, Bonifacio High street and Market Market Mall, it is walking distance to shopping ,movies and restaurants..

Summary: This property is ideally located in BGC. It is walking distance to a lot of points of interest, including SM Aura Premier. The surrounding area is very safe and the building itself has 24/7 security guards at the gate and in the lobby. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is a selling point in that the condo is very spacious and with the 2 bathrooms, it affords a lot of privacy. The condo is well-kept and very clean with all the usual comforts of home. Lastly, communication with both Florian and Delfin went smoothly with prompt replies to our questions. I highly recommend staying at this property..
