Positive: Location House amenities Quiet surroundings View!!
Negative: *Super creeky floors (we only stayed on the top but if there were folks also staying on the lower level, it would be way too noisy for them) *Some fixtures need updating/painting *Upstairs sofa had no support - you're basically just sitting on springs *lost power each day for a few hours *couldn't close the sliding screen door on upper doors facing ocean *Would be nice to have kleenex available
