Summary: We were led to believe it was near the beach's, not so several miles away in heavy traffic. The house was nice we liked the house, however, there was an 8-foot cinderblock wall between the backyard and a major highway on the other side. Noise all day long. And back yard was a mess. My wife had to get a big rake to clear a place to sit. My biggest disappointment was Venice area, too many people crammed into a small Island. Never go back to Venice Beach..Florida is destroying itself with all the out of control building. We are looking at a different State to visit. Not happy, waste of my time.
