the interior of the home is cozy and comfortable, with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests– plus a pullout queen sofa that can sleep an extra two The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby parks and trails. Enjoy a game of pool with family and friends in the game corner of the living room, which looks out onto the river! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

we are close to many local springs, including ginnie springs (19 minute drive), ichetucknee springs (22 minute drive), and blue springs (20 minute drive) There are also pontoon boat and jetski rentals available approximately 13 minutes away.
