Plus you can secure bikes to the drainpipe in the courtyard to the rear (shared but only with a few other residents). So it's a very convenient property if you don't have a vehicle.
for those that do drive, there are several parking options available Topsham operates resident parking zones from 9am to 5pm every day, which we can provide permits for at a cost of £5/day. There are also two other paid car parks: High Street - charges from 9am to 5pm, £5.50/day, or Holman Way - charges from 8am to 6pm, £5.00/day.
