*older farm homes such as this do come with quirks, sticky windows and the occasional creaky floorboard, please enjoy the charm, the vibe, the wabisabi
*digital detox, there is no tv in the cottage (we do have wifi), and a small desk should you need to do some work We also have an ever expanding library of board games, now stored in the main house, plus yard games and of course, the pool.
kids
whilst we are family friendly we haven't "child-proofed" the suite, please be aware this suite has 2 fireplaces and direct access to the pool
pets
we have pets on the farm, so the animals could wander over Our dogs are very friendly, although still protective of their farm and family, and the cats generally don't go near guests, they are pretty shy. If you are scared of animals then sadly this might not be the listing for you.
bringing a pet? please add your pet to the guest list and advise us Please be aware that on the farm we have livestock, and there are plenty of wild animals here: birds, hares, possums, foxes and kangaroos, some doggos might find it sensory overload. The pet fee will be halved for one night stays, please remind me!.
