Even though Camp Hope is secluded it is only 2-1/2 miles to an authentic general store where they make the best pizza around and sell the cheapest gasoline .
spend your leisure time at our retreat and enjoy the privacy and spectacular views Lightning Bugs (Fireflies) light up the evening sky along with the stars. Many times wild turkeys and deer cross our open meadow. There is nothing like fishing on the lake or from the shoreline as you listen to the sounds of nature. There are majestic loons with their haunting calls to complete the Maine experience.
