nature: this land is natural, wild and beautiful You are a guest to the native creatures on the land. You could see a deer, birds, rabbits, spiders, snakes, scorpions, mouse, road runners, turkeys, grasshoppers, etc. We take regular care & preventive measure to keep them outside the cabin. If you encounter any inside please let us know so we can address the issue. Since these occurrences are outside of our control we do not issue refunds for any encounters.
this is the only home on 485 privately owned acres which is also used to managed wildlife, for your safety we ask you stay stay within the confines of the gravel road to the time home & house pad. Any traveling beyond this area is at your own risk.
