los arcos is built on a massive lot with sweeping views of the sea and mountains There are four large bedrooms: a suite (king-size bed) and two separate other bedrooms (two queen beds and a bunk bed). Each room has a separate full bath and shower. In addition, there is a casita suite detached with three queen beds and a full bath, perfect for the kids or overflow guests.

Summary: Casa Los Arcos is a gem of a spot. The huge home and humble casita have plenty of room for three families (we had 11 total). The separation of space was great, and all the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The backup generator was great when others on the beach lost electricity one evening. The wrap-around patio is a great feature. It offers plenty of room to be outside without being in the direct sun, perfect for reading and meals. The pool was excellent, and the beach provided quick access to great snorkeling.One cautionary point for those considering this spot is that the road to Punta Pescadero is rough. A Jeep or similar, heavier-duty SUV is more comfortable (though not required) than a simple crossover. This is a great place to hunker down for lazy days in the water. We needed to drive more than we planned, and would have preferred not to have to drive that road as much.
