just a little further past mangrove cay you will find little water cay also known as iguana island with its pristine private beaches and lagoons, it is an ideal spot for a picnic or snapping a quick photo with one of the cays many rock iguanas!
the villa is spacious and modern with hints of bermudian design As you enter the front door the immaculate gardens give way to sleek and contemporary furniture and a spacious living room. The living room has ample seating and is awash with natural light. The 64-inch smart TV is ideally positioned to be viewable for anywhere in the room without interfering with the spectacular views of the pool deck and out-door living space.

Whether you enjoy early morning yoga or late evening cocktails, this deck is sure to be your favorite place to unwind. There are 2 paddle boards, 2 single kayaks, and 1 double kayak available for the guests.
