Inside the grounds is a large olive grove and fruit orchard. The property is situated only ten minutes from Porto Cervo and the closest beaches of the Costa Smeralda in a very peaceful rural setting with complete privacy and tranquillity. 3-minute undulating scenic walk through greenery, with about 60 steps from the parking place to the house. A short drive away to reach Costa's Smeralda's stunning beaches, Pevero golf course, the harbour and the 'Piazzetta' of Porto Cervo. Master bedroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom, each with own en-suite bathroom (it can host up to 8 guests).
