RENOVATED! This is a fantastically located home with private pool and hot tub (heated for an additional charge), a wonderful back yard with a beach path conveniently located just steps away that leads to a vast, quiet, and amazing beach. The upper level has a screened in porch overlooking the pool with a partial view of the ocean. The porch has a seating area for lounging and a breakfast table which seats four, perfect for playing cards. Also on the upper level is a living room with TV and stereo, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, TV and bath, and a second bedroom with a king size bed, TV and bath. The lower level has a common area with TV, a sectional sofa which converts into two single beds and a trundle bed which also has two single beds-- a great area for kids to 'get away from it all'. Also on the lower level is a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with a pair of twin beds and TV. Downstairs there is a laundry room and two full bathrooms across the hall from the bedrooms.
the home is in the perfect location! you can relax around the pool or take a 100 yard walk to the beach and watch the sunset, play bocce ball or paddle ball, spot dolphins playing in the water or count the turtle nests as you walk along the beach It is just a three minute walk to South Beach Marina where you will find small shops and the Salty Dog restaurant or where you can rent bikes at South Beach Racquet Club and take short bike rides (15 to 20 minutes) to Harbour Town or the Beach Club. There is tennis at South Beach Racquet Club and golf at the many island golf courses including Harbour Town. There is also great boating and many fine restaurants.
