1879 beachside tennis is a wonderfully comfortable villa and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation The sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean, to the Calibogue Sound and to Daufuskie Island is simply sublime.

cancellations: you are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
pets: so sorry, the villa association allows pets for property owners only The owners at this villa do bring their own dog occasionally.
