- to access the townhouse you will be required to walk up a small flight of stairs (8 steps total)
- you will have access to a private entrance and a digital door lock for easy access
- there is also a small balcony at the top of the front stairs which has amazing ocean views!
- as soon as you enter through the front door you'll be welcomed by the open-plan dining, lounge & kitchen areas
- to the front of the home you will find the spacious & comfortable lounge area with an entertainment unit, coffee table, smart tv, two-seater lounge & split system to keep you warm or cool all year round!
- the dining area is located toward the back of the lounge space offering a gorgeous timber dining table with 6 chairs
