One is right off the kitchen where you can cozy up on the large sectional to watch the game or your favorite movie on the big screen smart TV. The other living area includes a large dining table with ample seating and a comfy couch and love seat for additional room to gather (or sleep). The first floor also includes a bedroom and bath allowing for a bit of privacy on the main floor.
