Built in 1850 this is a one level, uniquely furnished boathouse (2 queen beds and 1 single bed) & modern annex apartment (1 queen bed and 1 full bed) are on the east bank of the Hudson River.
boathouse: has three bedrooms, one bath, with a galley kitchen, large open living room with huge windows A huge deck (60 feet) off the living room, overhangs the shore of the Hudson River. Below is our private beach. Private outdoor parking on the side of home.
