living/dining area - open plan in an 'l' shape with large picture windows, taking advantage of the sea views The living area has a large comfy sofa, easy chairs and TV, the dining table is situated in the bay window, again with sea views, which has a side door leading on to the enclosed veranda with a bistro table and chairs. There are a selection of vintage books and games.
kitchen - equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer
bedroom 1 - a light and bright room with a double bed, large wardrobe with shelves and great sea views
bedroom 2 - with a small double bed (4ft) plus a chest of drawers
bedroom 3 - this room is to the rear of the chalet and has full size bunk beds and a chest of drawers
shower room - shower cubicle with a hand basin and a separate wc and basin
outside: - an enclosed veranda to the front of sandford and sheltered area to the rear with a both with a table and chairs Access is down a grassy slope with stone steps. Parking can be found approximately 50 metres away.

the location
the holiday park is one of the oldest in the country, with the first chalets constructed in the early 1920s Now a beautiful site with a vast range of unique, quirky and privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets, bungalows and lodges. Many have stunning sea views and all are within a few minutes walk of the beach.
