Launch your boat or jet ski at the boat ramp located just 200m down the end of the street and park at the jetty by the back door.
kitchen & laundry: there is a dishwasher, induction stove top, oven, large microwave, coffee pod machine, fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, foil, gladwrap, condiments etc There is a washing machine in the laundry.
garage & extras: double garage has a ping pong table, clothes line, 2nd fridge & life jackets There is also Cricket, Boccee, Badmington, Volleyball, Totem Tennis & Magnetic Dart Board. There is also plenty of off street parking.
we are environmentally conscious hosts and have had a large solar power system installed and have a recycled water system
we now have a new iga at the local shops a short stroll away
