security as with many of our large rural estates, saltwater creek estate has full security and is monitored by cameras The cameras record both audio and video. Saltwater Creek has one security camera within the central guest area only and the rest of the cameras are positioned on the exterior of the property. Please note the cameras are not monitored and footage is only used to verify any bond issues or for the protection of the property externally.

concert and special event weekends in the hunter valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge
