security & onsite manager: as with many pastural properties and farm stays in the hunter valley, security surveillance cameras are present to monitor the exterior of the property at all times The pastural manager lives on the property full time and has a residence located at the rear of the barn 70 metres from the guest accommodation. Both guests and manager share the main driveway entrance access but are accommodated separately.
guest safety: children must be supervised at all times when onsite due to the adjacent creek and four dams on the property’s grazing land We ask that guests please keep to the house paddock and do not for any reason, enter or drive on the property’s acreages as animals may be grazing.
fireplaces & firepits – please note the fireplace is available between april and october and firewood is supplied only during these months No other fires are permitted to be lit on the property at any time due to rural fire hazards.
