The Sea Trail Golf Club offers three distinctly different signature courses, designed by Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd. Sunset Beach is an island beach with fine white sand and a wildlife sanctuary. Enjoy the quiet family atmosphere of Kings Trail Drive or take a short bike ride over the bridge onto the beach. If you’d rather drive, there is free and paid parking available.
located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), our spacious, fully furnished condo is 1300 square feet, with a kitchen, living room, screened porch, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms Recently remodeled, this condo has new laminate flooring, new windows, new HVAC units, new hot water heater, new linens, and other soft goods. The Master bedroom features a smart television, king size bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic mattress, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom (a lock out unit) has a private entrance, two full size beds, a twin daybed with a rollout trundle bed, work/desk area, full bath, small dining table and chairs, wall mounted smart television, and a kitchenette with a small sink, microwave, and refrigerator. For your convenience, both bathrooms have hairdryers, as well as toiletries. The living room has a new sectional couch, and a 55” wall mounted television.
