9) this is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.
10) please leave the place neat and clean before leaving This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.
