Enjoy your own private, upstairs second-story condo in central Bermuda Dunes! The gated community will provide you with safety and comfort. Two master bedrooms and two bathrooms with the gorgeous kitchen and open living room will allow you to relax and enjoy all the desert has to offer. The palm tree-lined sparkling pool, spa, BBQ, and Pickle Ball courts are directly across from the condo.
the home is a short walk or drive to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and a huge park with pickle ball is about a 5 minute drive
our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a french press coffee maker, a keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator and freezer Please note: we have provided a Brita water purifier but the fridge/freezer do not make water or ice.
the kitchen table seats 3 and we have a small table and 2 chairs on the balcony as well to enjoy dinner or lounging under the desert stars
the home has ac to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert We also have heating for the cooler winter months.
the living room and master bedroom have a smart tv with streaming services for you to sign in to apps and enjoy a movie or your favorite shows The living room has two comfortable couches to lounge. There’s also a desk (can be used as a standing desk) and chair in one of the bedrooms for working remotely.
