this listing includes the upper level of a duplex and the right side of the driveway No more than 2 vehicles permitted per reservation. Guests will use a private stair-access entrance—there is no shared space between units. Each unit has its own parking area and entry for maximum privacy.
dog-friendly stay! up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $175 fee (combined weight not to exceed 125 lbs) Pets must be declared in advance with breed, age, and weight provided. Leashes are required in the neighborhood, and pet waste must be picked up. Security cameras are present—unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fine.
smoking is not permitted inside or on the porch We host guests with sensitivities to smoke. If you must smoke, please do so 25 feet away from the home and dispose of waste properly. Improper disposal will result in a $250 fine.

please remove shoes and rinse sand off before entering the home Excessive sand or dirt may result in an extra cleaning fee. We provide towels for all guests but ask that you not use them at the beach. There’s a laundromat less than a mile away if you need to wash anything during your stay.
all linens, furnishings, and household items belong to the homeowner inventory is taken at checkout—please make sure not to accidentally take anything with you!
