Newly built addition to our home with private entrance, in a quiet and safe residential area, near UVa. Excellent walking neighborhood. Full kitchen with living area. Great for families- children 7 and older considered. Sleeps up to 4, with one double bed and one queen bed. The bedrooms open up to a balcony that overlooks the backyard.

Smart TV (for your Netflix/Amazon, etc). Note there is local broadcast channels only- NO cable. You can input signal from your laptop to the TV via an HDMI jack also. Bluetooth stereo- play your music from your phone.

there are five cameras (video and audio) in the backyard, aimed at the chicken coop area (About 6 hens are in a corner of the backyard.) None are aimed at the rental. It is conceivable that very loud audio from your back balcony could be picked up by these cameras. Cameras will be on and recording. There are none in the apartment.
