Renovated bathroom and kitchen and high ceilings! Your outdoor space is the open front porch for morning coffee or tea. No bbq allowed. The yard and driveway is for the front house guests only. Plenty of Free parking on the street. This is for couples or one person. no gatherings or parties or more than 2 guests without permission- strictly enforced. No sublets. Our charming town 1 block away has tons of shopping, health food store, restaurants, delis & salons, yoga, pilates and more. Nice bedding and bath towels. Verizon wifi. NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE.
