The romantic country house Buxfort is located on the edge of the Münsterland in the beautiful conservation area, 35 km from Dortmund, 30 km from Münster in the farming community Westerfelde, the city of Selm. The villa was completed in 2015, originally this villa was a transit barn as well as stable building. A complete gutting took place, a new house was placed behind the old outer wall. The country house has 160 square meters of living space, 2000 square meters of garden and old trees with hammocks. Outside there are two large terraces, 20 sqm (semi-shade terrace), 30 sqm sun terrace and a gas grill, fire bowl is also available. Through the large entrance door leads to the front hall area, which already has to show here 3.50 high ceilings. The house is very spacious, bright and open split and furnished. In the lower area, which can also be reached without stairs, there is a bathroom with toilet / urinal / sink and shower. Furthermore, there is a living-dining room with fireplace and a high-quality kitchen in the lower area and a storage room. Cozy berths invite you to relax. A high quality staircase leads to the upper areas, there is another large bathroom with two sinks, urinal and toilet and large shower. Bedrooms are three available with 4 beds, two beds and three beds. Even for taller people the beds are suitable, as there are two beds legroom and no "board" at the foot. The country house can accommodate 9 people or 10 people. The country house is located directly on the Roman route and the 100 castles route, only 4 km from the moated castle Nordkirchen, 10 km from the castle Cappenberg, 12 km from the castle Vischering in Lüdinghausen. WE are still some castles and fortresses in the near area and are easy to explore by bike. Since we live in the conservation area peace and relaxation is given. The large garden, with its sun loungers in the summer or the hammocks in the cool grove just invite you to switch off and chill out. Gas bottle for the grill is provided, also free firewood in the autumn winter days. Welcome drinks are always in the fridge. By arrangement, a bread roll service and of course other preparations are possible. The country house is 2 km from the outdoor pool Selm, 4 km from Lake Tern, and 3 km to the beautiful moated castle Nordkirchen. On the ground floor, which can be reached through the house entrance door by means of two staircases or also barrier-free through the patio door, one arrives in the Deele, which already here can have a ceiling height of 3.50 m. From the Deele is the first bathroom, furnished with a shower / toilet / urinal and sink. Through a stylish glass door leads into the living-dining area of the country house. Through the many windows, the room is flooded with light and immediately brings the comfort, peace and relaxation with it. Cozy you can sit in front of the fireplace, the Chillecke under the couch is very comfortable and comfortable. The high quality sofa set made of genuine leather invites you to linger. Adjacent to the living room is the semi-open kitchen and the spacious dining room with 8 chairs, where two more chairs are housed in the storage room.
