This means that the entire property including pool, garden and terraces is always available for you to use, even if you only rent the ground floor.

All floors are made from handmade terracotta from the region. Two of the three romantic bedrooms have four-poster beds. Two bedrooms are located on the mezzanine, one of them can be reached via a staircase in the living room, the other via an external staircase. There are two bathrooms (the larger one made of red marble from the region), each with a shower or tub. There is also a washing machine. In the very spacious and very well equipped kitchen there is a large dining table with space for twelve people. The impressive living room has leather sofas and a huge fireplace.
