Positive: - The hotel's pool (especially the life guard at the pool) was very good. Also, the staff at the reception (especially Mr. Zakaria) were very friendly and helpful. - The hotel's location to the beach is very good.

Negative: - We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, including breakfast and dinner (half board). We were told that our 2.5 year old child was staying for free. However, even if I have paid for the dinner in advance, we were asked to choose a meal from a very limited menu, not from Kite Restaurant's own menu, but from a separate menu that was special for the half board. For instance there was no beef meat on this menu (only spaghetti bolognese). They even didn't offer soft drinks. You could only drink water. Also, since my 2.5 year old daughter stayed for free, they only served the meal for 2 people. It was clear that there were 3 of us staying and they didn't serve for my child. We have shared our meals with our baby. Also, that dinner was not free. I have already paid in advance. I couldn't understand why I was forced to choose a meal that I had already paid for from a very limited menu that was stated as half board, instead of the standard menu. What does it mean to not even offer a soft drink? It was very embarrassing to witness such a disgrace in 2025. - Since this is Kite Beach, the beach is full of kite surfers. You can't swim comfortably because of them. For this reason (and because of that half board disgrace) I will not choose this hotel again.
