capitola beach is only a 5 min walk from the property For your convenience we offer beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a rolling cooler for a relaxing day. Please make sure to leave your beach towels in the outdoor shower area bins.
*use of bbq, propane heat lamps, fire pit require a signed waiver upon check-in Guests under 18 y/o are not permitted to use the BBQ, Propane Heat Lamp or Fire Pits.

this newly constructed duplex (2023) duplicates the original historic facade (unit a) and bedroom layout of the home built in 1921 The original home was only 778 sq ft! The original vacation house was constructed using 4 housing "shacks" from the San Francisco 1909 earthquake. The shacks were brought by barge to coastal front areas for vacation use.
