Welcome to RoJo's Riverside Retreat, where there are so many things for you to do! The home has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed in each. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy.
we are renting out the upper level of our house/duplex We live in the lower unit. Each unit has private, separate entry. The patio overlooks the beautiful Huron River in Dexter. The house is located just half a block to the historic Dexter Cider Mill(seasonal). It is just a short walk (1/4 mile) to downtown Dexter for coffee, brew pubs, restaurants, and shops. The Encore Theater is wonderful venue for musical theater lovers to take in a show. The house is just 8.5 miles from the University of Michigan Stadium.
