A very family friendly house with pool, garden and mooring on the river. The doors from the kitchen lead onto the patio garden and to the fenced pool which looks onto the river. The ground floor has a large open plan living area complete with satellite TV and DVD player. This leads onto the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stereo for your CDs or Ipod. The utility room off the kitchen has a washing machine and additional fridge/freezer. With bright stylish co-ordinated bedrooms and bathrooms the second floor has 2 twin bedrooms, main bathroom and a double room with shower en-suite. On the top floor the large master bedroom boasts a 3m wide king size bed, fabulous beams and ensuite with freestanding retro bath, twin wash basins and views across the river.
