wade in access to the river to angle for trout that is not common on the river - we've got something most others do not! from the king size master suite, you have eyelevel view onto the water This is a fab group property; lots of bedrooms, large dining table and 2 separate lounging areas. The sunken den with fireplace is unsurpassed. If you want to paddle or float the river, you're in luck. Dripping Springs public launch is just across the river.

You're 15 - 20 minutes from Heber Springs and Greers Ferry lake which is ideal place to rent a pontoon boat for the day and take everyone out swimming. There is ample dining and shopping available in Heber Springs.
