this riverfront rental is in a quiet family neighborhood, perfect for that family reunion Covered balcony with fans and evening lighting and lower covered patio too. BBQ grill provided so bring your propane for that carne asada. The sunset on the Colorado River with panoramic views are so relaxing. Bring your water chairs, life jackets, & floaties and EZ up for extra shade & don't forget the ice chest.

Has queen bed & queen sofa sleeper with shower/toilet. Separate unit (casita) queen bedroom & living room queen sofa sleeper. Lots of driveway parking (about 5-6 cars) or for boat trailer plus 1 covered carport.
