Upstairs second bedroom, has a spacious king bed which has access to the riverview balcony, has a fireplace decor, and a TV with firestick for your entertainment. It also goes through our pink bathroom that has 2 separate sinks/vanities, jet tub, and a separate stand-up shower which connects to the third bedroom. Upstairs third bedroom has a sturdy bunk room and has two full beds, two twins and a TV with firestick. A delightful nook designed for shared laughter, stories, and a good night's sleep. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a comfortable king bed and has an adjustable bed frame so each side can adjust separately according to your preference. It has an ensuite/jack-n-jill bathroom (red and white) connecting to the fifth bedroom which has a toilet and a stand-up shower. These short-lived bugs are most active at dawn and dusk and may occasionally enter through open windows or doors. to help, we provide citronella candles on each balcony for your comfort, so we expect you still have a wonderful time enjoying the balconies and river views!

boat/trailer parking is okay in driveway, but it may not be long enough to keep the truck attached to the trailer Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, or in the empty lot located diagonal and across the street as it is owned by a neighbor, and she's specifically requested we pass on the message that the lot isn't for parking.
please don't mind our dust in the garage! there is a hole in the ceiling due to a water leak we had in there from the rain The leak has been resolved, but we're still waiting on insurance to finalize the ceiling repair. Wanted to give you a heads up, but in no way should it affect your stay as-- it's only in the garage!.
