The property is located only 5 minutes from town and a few minutes from the YARTS Bus Stop offering direct rides to Yosemite.

ringrose house was built in the 1970s from adobe brick and wood by the original owner bob ringrose, a carpenter and blacksmith for yosemite national park alongside his wife inky, a nurse at yosemite and local musician Wood details can be found throughout the home through massive exposed beams, custom Oak cabinetry and window frames, armoire and even toilet paper holders.
