Woodburning stove and Oil underfloor heating. WiFi and Smart TV in lounge and main bedroom with Netflix/iplayer apps, freeview aerial etc. Games room with table tennis, dart board and seating. Decking with furniture, BBQ and Hot Tub, perfect for stargazing on clear nights. Large lawn with children's play area.
