outside, 35 lightly wooded acres provide ample room away from the road for everyone to safely roam and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Warmer months foster full privacy and the feeling of a remote setting while winter months provide a glimpse of the surrounding ridge lines. Walkways, entrances, and outdoor living areas are softly illuminated by solar lights for safety and ambiance.

Start each morning with a hot cup of coffee, cappuccino or a shot of espresso, matcha latte, or herbal tea. We provide local coffees, teas, Nespresso pods, creamer, sugar, and flavored syrups. you’ll access the property via a paved driveway off of a state-maintained road The driveway quickly slopes down and back up again, potentially surprising those not used to mountain terrain. No need to sweat though! It’s plenty wide and a smooth ride to the house at the back of the lot. Any kind of vehicle can safely and easily make it in and out, and there is enough parking for multiple vehicles - under the carport, on the paved driveway, and on two gravel pads.
the property is uber and lyft-friendly There are always taxis and ride-shares waiting near the Asheville Regional Airport except between the hours of 10 pm-5 am in which case it's best to schedule a ride in advance. Uber/Lyft rides to and from downtown Asheville, River Arts District, and West Asheville average $10-$20 each way depending on the time of day, peak seasons, and any special events happening in the area.
