local guest policy – local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund
primary guest responsibility – the booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests if booking on behalf of someone

parking – free (non-permit) street parking is limited and not guaranteed
parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed there may be some
street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs
before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed to
guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like spothero or parkwhiz to find
and book parking spots ahead of time around the city
children - our home is not childproofed and is unfortunately unsuitable for
children
city noise – some ambient noise is part of city living
we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and unregistered guests violating
this rule will result in immediate reservation termination, a $100 per
unregistered guest per night penalty, and potential trespassing charges
additionally, the city of chicago may impose further fines on party hosts and
guests please take this policy seriously—previous guests who ignored it faced
severe consequences

1 No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2 No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3 Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4 Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5 No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6 Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7 Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
