Positive: The apartment is nice with a lot of space. The owner is quick to respond to messages. Quiet area. Everything you could need (e.g. washing machine, off road parking). Easy uber ride to get RER from Champigny into Central Paris.
Negative: We had hoped to stay for 4 nights (as per our original booking) but the accomodation was booked and paid for on another site for our last night so we could only stay 3 which was a bit of a pain. Booking.com should make this clear that this is possible if you have reserved on free cancellation (we would have paid at the time of booking had we known). The door code is difficult to lock and may be frustrating. A few other minor things (e.g. tap in toilet loose, missing shutter control) which the owner said he would sort for the next people ASAP as said we could cope. Downstairs rooms stay cool but with the hot weather worth offering a fan in the upstairs room due to the sun coming in from the velux window.
