Steps to the sand on Clayton Street in Dewey Beach, you'll love the bright updated kitchen, living, dining and porches. Enjoy ocean views from your primary bedroom! Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail on the front deck and people watch... or enjoy those drinks on the private back or side decks. With 5 Bedrooms and 4 full baths, this home sleeps 12 people and offers CAC, W/D, DW, outdoor shower and gas grill. Park your car on Saturday for the whole week . . .. this vacation home is mere steps to the gorgeous ocean beach, marinas on the bay, restaurants, shops and music venues in Dewey Beach. You can even hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to the boardwalk, gourmet restaurants and unique boutiques in Rehoboth Beach, in less than 10 minutes! Sorry, No Pets. Call todayto book while prime weeks are still available. Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Owners reside in a seperate cottage on same parcel. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
