The first floor has the living room, kitchen/ Dining room, mud room/ pantry/ office, Laundry and Powder Room, Master Bedroom (with queen bed) and attached Master Bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms- the front bedroom has a full sized bed and trundle, the rear bedroom has built-in twin beds and trundles. The upper level also has a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
there is a separate detached cottage that was newly constructed in 2015 The Cottage offers a queen sized bed, a full Bath with tub/ shower, a kitchenette and sitting area.
both the main house and the cottage have sunny decks for lounging and there is an expansive stone patio that connects the two buildings The patio is sunny and has seating for 12.
there is also an outdoor shower, bbq, hammock and outdoor storage shed for fishing rods, boogie boards, etc
there is plenty of parking on both the front and rear streets and the home also comes with bikes for your use
